Due to a recent unprecedented move by the ATF to reclassify firearms equipped with pistol-stabilizing braces as Short Barrel Rifles, more than 40+ million firearms will be considered illegal SBRs without registration.

One of the only realistic ways to comply with this new decision is to register the firearm as a legal Short Barrel Rifle (vs. destroying the firearm or surrendering it to an ATF field office – yikes!). This SBR Form 1 Walkthrough is a 2 hour consultation that provides start-to-finish guidance through the Form 1 submission process. Service may be done by in-person, phone or Zoom appointment with an Expert ATF Application Specialist.
