Due to a recent unprecedented move by the ATF to reclassify firearms equipped with pistol-stabilizing braces as Short Barrel Rifles, more than 40+ million firearms will be considered illegal SBRs without registration.
One of the only realistic ways to comply with this new decision is to register the firearm as a legal Short Barrel Rifle (vs. destroying the firearm or surrendering it to an ATF field office – yikes!).
