I had a great experience with this online CCW course. Overall, the material was very informative, direct, and straightforward. As long as you pay attention, it's very manageable to complete.
What really sets this program apart is the customer support. The entire team is great, but a special shoutout goes to Lea specifically. She was incredible every step of the way. I wasn’t approved on my first attempt, but when it came time to apply a second time, Lea was right there encouraging me to stick with it. She helped me navigate through the entire process, explained every detail clearly, and reassured me at every single step until I finally obtained my permit.
If you're looking for a smooth, well-guided CCW process with a team that actually stands by you, I can't recommend this course enough! Lea, you’re amazing! Thank you kindly!

My experience with Bret and Lea AZ CCW Online or Riverside CCW Online it was wonderful. It was such a pleasure to shoot at an indoor range in Arizona. It was great to work with Bret and Lea is terrific. If you use their concierge service, she does everything for you and it’s wonderful and she does it very professionally the fingerprints required by Riverside are the old ink type and she does a fantastic job with those. It takes close to 70 days for those prints to be approved with California DOJ and the FBI it would be nice if they would use the new system but for out-of-state they still haven’t allowed that anyway I would highly recommend their services. I would highly recommend them. I look forward to renewing my permit in a year and a half and I will definitely use their services again thank you.

AZ CCW is fantastic. The course was excellent and easy to follow. My dedicated concierge (LEA) was amazing and helped me thru the application process. I highly recommend this course to everyone. You will not find a better team. Thanks again!
